If you are a registered tax-exempt reseller, there are a few easy steps to take in order to carry your status to your Fictiv account:
Email your certificate to your Sales Representative (note: if you do not have a Sales Representative, please send to help@fictiv.com)
The certificate will be added to your account by Fictiv and reseller status will be activated for future orders
When you place an order after reseller capabilities have been enabled, you will need to click the button on the checkout page that confirms the order is tax-exempt. Tax will be charged by default unless that box is checked.
If you do not activate your reseller status before placing an order, you will be charged sales tax.
