Team Workspaces make it easy to manage quotes and orders while maintaining the highest level of visibility for all members of a team. For example, organize workspaces by team or department so managers can easily track order activity, or organize workspaces by project or assembly so purchasing teams can quickly find parts for reorder. Follow the steps below to learn how to add existing quotes and orders to a team workspace, create new quotes in a team workspace, place an order within a team workspace, place reorders, remove quotes and orders from a team workspace, and delete quotes.

Adding quotes to a team
To add a quote to a team, navigate to "Quotes" on the left-hand menu bar, then click "Share" on the quote to be added to the team [Fig. 1].
